Just because it says “Produced by Micheal Bay” does not mean its directed by the guy so seriously get your head out of your ass and give these movies a try, they are awesome! Now on ward to the review of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 Out of the Shadows!

In the film: We have Leonardo (Pete Ploszak), Raphael (Alan Ritchson), Donatello (Jeremy Howard), and Michaelangelo (Noel Fisher) racing through the sewers getting to the pizza stop where they pick up the pizza. It then becomes a game of keep the pizza away from Mikey/Michaelangelo while they are on their way to a basketball game. Their game of keep away with the pizza lasted until Michaelangelo got a hold of the pizza but shared the pizza while they were all sitting down watching the New York Knits basketball team (which is their favorite team). All goes good until, New York chose to honor its so called “great hero who defeated Shredder” Vernon Fenwick the Falcon (Will Arnett), with the brothers outraged but also understanding why they had to have him as the “hero” accidentally let loose a piece of pizza on the basketball floor which forced Matt Barnes (played by himself) to slip on a piece of pizza; the brothers retreated back to the sewers and interrupted another meditation session Master Splinter (Tony Shalhoub). When the turtles find out that Shredder (Brian Tee) is planning an escape, plan made by Dr. Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry). The turtles then use their Turtle Mobile to go after the foot ninjas that try to free Shredder; but before that happens while Shredder is being loaded into the corrections vehicle we are introduced to two dumbasses Bebop (Gary Anthony Williams) and Rocksteady (Stephen Farrelly) who are big fans of Shredder and make that known to him many times while they are in the truck. The officers leave it to correction officer Casey Jones (Stephen Amell) who confesses during the ride that he may have anger management issues but does have a hobby which is hockey, he loves hockey. While Casey says that what Shredder does for a living killing many people that its truly fucked up. When Shredder escapes he is teleported but not to Stockman, instead the teleportation device  sent Shredder to an extraterrestrial being known as Krang (Brad Garrett) who makes Shredder an offer to destroy planet earth together but only if they bring to earth his destroyer ship. So Shredder accepts.

Will the Turtles and April (Megan Fox) be able to stop Shredder with his mutant creations of Bebop and Rocksteady and the Evil Alien Krang? Find out by going to go see the film!

Honestly I have to say I loved this movie, but with me being a fan of Stephen Amell I was expecting him to have an interesting take on Casey Jones and I was right. During the whole movie and the background they gave to Casey Jones by being a failure in life but succeeding as a vigilante and I mean the whole story was interesting. I especially liked the background/origin that they gave to Casey Jones with him wanting to be a detective but having those anger management issues with an obsession of hockey. Like in the original movies you only had this guy who chose to dress up and go vigilante but in this movie they gave Casey Jones a purpose in why he chose to start putting on the mask and use the hockey stick and pucks as his weapons, I mean it gives more depth to the character and thats one thing I’ve always like is depth to a character.

Overall I would give this movie 4 out of 5 stars
