Arrow: (S05E03) “A Matter of Trust”

Review: The thing that might bother me a bit is that the new villain reminds me too much of Zoom in The Flash … Yes, Zoom was/is awesome and actually scary, but the shows connect enough as it is, they don’t have to repeat themselves. Zoom wanted to kill The Flash, now this dude wants to kill Arrow … What else is new?

Diggle is in JAIL?!
I’m glad he and Lyla are still together, by the way! Since he has a son instead of a daughter, I was really afraid that he’d have another wife. I’m glad that’s not the case.

AND DEADSHOT IS BACK?! I loved this character so much and it hurt me deeply when they killed him off, I am so glad he is back. I can’t even explain it! I wish he had a better relationship with Diggle, but I’ll take what I can get.

There are too many new characters for my taste, but I’ll admit they all seem more or less alright and I think I’ll grow to like them sooner or later. With the exception of villains …

Derek Sampson, metahuman? Could we leave metahumans for The Flash?

On the other hand … Bratva is still exciting and I think It will be forever.

I like the fact that Curtis gets more scenes in this season, he brings the humor!

The fights scenes were good as always, I loved some of the surprises of the episode (DEEAAAADSHOOOOT), but they still have a long way to go. Let’s just see what happens next.
