I liked the idea of this episode. It was a fresh plot, but I will admit, there were so many minimal characters, I got a little confused.
Gun control is such a hot topic in the media right now, so watching this trail was interesting to add to that conversation. This is what Chicago Justice has proven to do a good job of so far. They get a wide array of opinions, often which are related to pressing issues in society already.
Chicago Justice is a good show, but it is far from great. The writers really need to get invested in the returning characters lives and backstories, because as of now, I don’t feel any emotional pull to the characters. TV is about character; It’s this pull I need in order to never want to miss an episode.
