Real Housewives of New York (S10E08) “A Frittered Friendship”

It’s the Berkshires Time again on this episode of Real Housewives of New York.

Of course that means lots of Christmas ornaments, drinking, and arguments.

There was drama everywhere you looked this episode of Real Housewives of New York,

some fake drama with the murder mystery then some very real drama between former BFFs Bethenny and Carole as their friendship continues to come apart at the seams.

Dorinda arranges for a fun Murder Mystery Dinner, you know, trying to make things nice, and the girls all dress up to look the part:

The mystery’s about as hard to follow as the girl’s dialogue and accents during this escapade but trying to decipher it is pretty damn funny.

Things take a turn for the darker side after Dorinda brings up the fact that there’s tension in the room between Bethenny and Carole.  I mean, why is it her business?  She must be bored in her life, because she’s made it her life’s work to tear these women’s friendships apart one by one this season.

After Dorinda brings up the tension, Bethenny and Carole go head to head, talking about the fact that Bethenny would dare call Adam to help with Bethenny’s relief organization, BStrong, after the hurricanes hit Houston and then later in Puerto Rico.

Supposedly Adam declines because he needs to be compd,  and Carole goes in on Bethenny, asking her why she went behind her back talking to everyone but her about it.

Ironically, her main sources of information on what Bethenny’s been saying come from Ramona, who’s had her own issues with Bethenny last year, and Dorinda, who’s feuding with everyone this season.  Not exactly reliable sources.

Carole and Bethenny’s friendship comes to a boiling point as you can see in this clip:

What do you think about this episode of Real Housewives of New York?  Will Bethenny and Carole’s friendship survive?   Why is Dorinda in everyone’s buisness this season?  Trying hard for that center apple it seems.  Let me know what you thought of the episode in the comments.
