Legends of Tomorrow (S04E06) “Tender is the Nate”

Okay guys and gals we had another great episode brought to us tonight! We have a lot that happened so lets get started on the review shall we!

So in this episode the Legends had to travel back to Paris 1927, where they were accompanied by not one but two Heywoods! Nate (Nick Zano) thought it would be a good idea to have his father Henry (Thomas F. Wilson) go onto the wave rider to see for himself how the Legends work on a mission. The Legends found out that the mythical monster is a Minotaur! For those who don’t know what a Minotaur is, I’ll tell you so you don’t hurt yourself while searching for one because we know how cruel the internet can be showing people dressed up as furies those monsters; anyway a Minotaur is a half man half bison kind of creature! I hope I described that the best way!

While Sara (Caity Lotz), Nate, Henry, and Rory (Dominic Purcell) were on the hunt for the Minotaur, Ray (Brandon Routh) chose to take a little trip to 2018 to visit the Time Bureau to see Nora (Courtney Ford) but sadly he wasn’t able to see Nora because of the policy of no visitors for the prisoners. But Mona (Ramona Young) being a sucker for romantic stories had to have Ray “write a love letter” for Nora and she would deliver it to her; when Mona tried delivering the letter, things went from not good to not really good. Mona, Ava (Jes Macallan), and Nora being stuck in a prison cell!

I have to admit seeing Nora, Ava, and Mona all together it makes me want to see some kind of comedy special with the three of them. Like a spin-off of the three characters with them going off on their own missions every now and then and showing how cool they all can be. I mean we need some kind of special with these three ladies or have the three work together in more episodes cause the three of them were hilarious together. I loved it! I loved how Mona got them all drunk just to hear their life stories and then lured them in with the cake! And plus I love how Mona gave Nora reading material thats literally the nicest thing because no one else was going to do anything for Nora. And plus the way how these three bonded you have to admit, it has to change something in Ava’s ways, but maybe it will.

I like though how Constantine (Matt Ryan) was going to try one way to lure the Minotaur to the time ship and Nate thought of another way by the words of Solomon that Constantine didn’t even know where there in the library on the wave rider. But both ways ended up working in the end, until a certain person chose to mess things up to where it forced Henry to perform a James Taylor song for the Minotaur which forced it to sleep until they were able to get it to the Time Bureau. One has to wonder what will happen next time? And what does Henry plan on doing with all of these creatures that the time bureau’s capturing? What will Project Hades be?
