HOLY MOTHERFORKING SHIRT BALLS!!!!
Week after week The Good Place has been delivering outstanding episodes and just when you thought the previous one could be topped… think again. Here’s a recap of “Janet(s).”
The episode picks up after Janet takes Eleanor and the gang into her void. But there’s a slight problem as Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani and Jason are all Janets, but at least they got to wear their own clothing to tell who’s who.
Michael and Janet to go to the accountant’s office to see if The Bad Place has messed with the number system. Looking up Doug’s record it seemed things were looking good; until they see that his age was against him. This upsets Michael and asked about when was the last time someone made it to the has made to The Good Place…over 500 years ago.
Meanwhile, things were going so well inside of Janet; Eleanor tries to talk with Chidi about their relationship and Chidi tries to deny it. But soon their arguing and popping other things to make their point doesn’t sit well with Janet; as it could break her. Eleanor soon has an identity disorder and turns into different people. But Chidi tries to make Eleanor remember who she is; until he kisses her and things turn out okay and everyone turns back into themselves.
Soon Janet starts to throw up Eleanor and the gang out of her and the alarm goes off due to that fact that they are wanted. Michael decides to fix the system, steal Doug’s file and gets everyone to what is finally The Good Place.
“Janet(s)” is literally another outstanding, hilarious, episode. After watching the first five minutes of the episode, I believe that D’Arcy Carden deserves not only an Emmy nomination but an Emmy for her performance and every other awards out there!! Mind blowing? Yes! Hilarious? Hell yeah! The writing was strong as well as the performance from the cast but Carden deserves Performance of the Week.
Overall, I give this episode a 10/10.

You can catch The Good Place when they return in the new year Thursday, Jan. 10 at 9:30/8:30c on NBC. There’s only three episodes left, I can not wait to see what happens next.
FYI: If you didn’t get the news this week; it has been a very good week for The Good Place. Not only did they get picked up for a fourth season, but got nominated for two Golden Globe awards for Best Actress in TV Comedy Series and Best TV Comedy Series.
