Alright guys and gals, this episode was a really good one, we have some interesting things that happened and we might even have some questions but lets get to this review!
So in this episode we saw Billy/Jigsaw (Ben Barnes) on a bus traveling somewhere. But here’s a question, how in the hell did he have money for the bus? Like all he did was have the clothes on himself right? So how could he have been on that bus in the beginning of the episode, did he steal two or three dollars to catch a ride on the bus? I doubt he had his wallet on him right? Overall on this Billy had a little bit of trouble on that bus, given that a guy was giving Billy a hard time all because of his face. I feel like the comments that the guy guessed about Billy was kind of a call back to Season 1 Episode 1 when those construction guys where calling Frank/Punisher (Jon Bernthal) names like stupid, deaf, etc. If that was intentional, good thing I remembered and chose to just address that.
As for that guy that was giving Billy trouble, yeah he didn’t last long, Billy even stole the guy’s clothes and sun glasses which was a smart move. The episode moved to at least a couple flash backs back when Billy and Frank had left the Marines or were on a break from active duty or something. The first flash back was revealing Frank and Billy at a ball park for little leaguers which brought back horrible memories of Billy’s past in the home that he was in as a kid. After the flash back Billy remembered about one of the people that he was going to make a visit to before he had the accident. Arthur Walsh (Thomas G. Waites) who was the owner of the children’s home that Billy came from and the man that Billy chose to make a visit to. Although, Arthur wasn’t too happy to see Billy; Arthur invited Billy for a drink at his place, and eventually Billy remembered why he wanted to make a visit to Arthur.
Meanwhile, Amy (Giorgia Whigham) chose to do some investigating of her own after she heard Madani (Amber Revah) and Frank talking about what Billy did to his family but Frank didn’t want to hear anything about it or walk down memory lane. Amy found everything out about Frank, how he was standing trial back when he was on Season 2 of Daredevil, yeah those were good times. Amy also found out about how Billy had killed his entire family; it’s only after this she finally understands why Frank wanted to come back to help Madani to get Billy back in custody. But she also had told Frank about how John Pilgrim (Josh Stewart) had taken everything from her, those kids that we heard the Schultz couple talk to Pilgrim about last episode, yeah it was Amy’s friends/family were the ones who needed to be eliminated all because of some iPhone pictures they took of some important people at a funeral having some gay/lesbian/all the above make out sessions at the funeral. Obviously the photos were made to black mail someone or a lot of someones. But who? The Schultz’s? Others that have not been introduced yet? We may never know until the end.
After Billy had killed Arthur, he didn’t know where to go and didn’t want to turn himself in so he went to his Dr. Dumont (Floriana Lima) apartment to see if she could help. She was about to call the police but instead hesitated only to hear Billy say how he wants people to see the face he has now after that Dumont hangs up the phone. So what is she planning? Is she somehow going to help Billy in a crime spree? Will she tell Billy the skull figure in his nightmares is Frank? Find out as we continue to watch the series!
