Alright guys and gals, we had a great episode brought to us and it was really good! Will this be the last of Ava and Sara’s relationship? We have quite a lot to talk about and I do apologize for getting the review to you all a day late. So lets get to this review!
Okay so in this episode we left off where the last episode did when Mona (Ramona Young) accidentally got attacked by Konane (Darien Martin) and then Konane ran off, after all he was trying to be abducted by the mystery men in black of course he would want to act out, but when he scratched Mona. Everyone wondered if Konane’s wounds would follow werewolf lore that if you get scratched or bit and left alive then you would be infected to become one. And at first it looked like it wasn’t going to be the case, it seemed like Mona was just going to be normal and just a regular person still with an obsession over Mick/Heatwave’s (Dominic Purcell) romance novels. I mean we even saw Barry/The Flash (Grant Gustin) read it in one episode of the Flash so the book must be really good. But I think Mick might have spoiled a bit of the next novel to Mona though, I bet Mick thinks “it sucks being a time traveler” sometimes. But eventually in the episode we did see that Mona was indeed infected with Konane’s wound and did make her first change and first kill which sucks for her because now the men in black are gonna be after her.
On the side note we did have Zari (Tala Ashe) clearing Mona’s innocence even if it meant having to pretend to be Nate’s (Nick Zano) girlfriend at a dinner to get to Nate’s phone but you know it was worth it. Even if Nate’s mother Dorothy (Susan Hogan) will be asking Nate from now on how Zari is and I’m sure Nate will lie about it or maybe Nate will make up a story but how knows how that will turn out. All we know is that Nate’s dad Hank (Thomas F. Wilson) has always been lying to him and it looks like Zari will keep Nate in the know about what she finds out about his phone for further information. So with this now, how long will it be until the Legends find out about Project Hades? And exactly what is Project Hades being used for? I know it has to do with something with the demon that is after Constantine (Matt Ryan) but what is the demon’s end game?
We also saw that Sara (Caity Lotz) and Ava (Jess Macallan) ran into a bit of a rough patch and possibly a break up but I don’t think it will last forever. I think this is going to be a temporary break up and by a couple episodes or so they will get back together and have the love that we all have been rooting for. I mean we all agree that Sara deserves to be happy and we want this relationship of theirs to last even after this season. But we will have to wait and see what happens next, will Ava take the side of Hank? or will Ava retake Sara’s side?
