Hey guys and gals we have another great episode brought to us tonight and it was really good. We have some new revelations brought to all of us and we have some things to talk about as well. So let’s get to this review!
So after watching this episode I’m sure a lot of you are asking the same thing, who is Violet (Keeya King) and even though we have a small answer to that, the bigger question is where in the Van Helsing family does she really belong in? Will she be another sister to Vanessa? Will she be a half bred clone that while being engineered was put with Van Helsing DNA? Or perhaps a cousin to Vanessa? As you can see the imagination of my brain has no limits to what Violet can be. I personally think she will be another sister perhaps one that was conceived during the beginning of the rising of the vampire apocalypse, even though the age doesn’t truly add up to the beginning of the madness but it still could be a possibility. If she is though a cousin to the Van Helsing family which could happen, my theory is that while Vanessa and Scarlett’s mom was carrying them and doing the little experiment on those two, that perhaps her sister was doing something similar and gave birth to a child with similarities to Vanessa. At this point I’m willing to accept anything that could happen. But I still believe that this will always stay as Vanessa’s (Kelly Overton) story, yes it would be nice for them to give her another sister just to watch the next sister get tempted by the villainous villain or die by Dracula’s hands but anything is possible.
So other than that we still don’t know much about Violet, but we do know that her and Julius (Aleks Paunovic) make amazing sparing partners. And Julius was giving her some major helpful hints to help her defend herself against vampires. I think in the long haul it will pay off and Julius and Violet might even make a good team to fight in the field when the organization tries going on a mission to fight vampires. We need to see that awesome badass team up!
Meanwhile, our badass Vanessa found some new friends it seems like. We got to learn a little bit about the character Jaq or Jack (Nicole Munoz) I’m not sure how it would be spelled but we learned she was away on a school trip when the apocalypse was happening which is a sucky way to find out there’s no more school for you to attend ever again and she assumes her parents might be dead but isn’t sure. But I did feel a little bit of a Vanessa and Susan friendship happening there with Vanessa and Jack, maybe I was over thinking it but to me that’s what it seemed like. But if it wasn’t for Vanessa saving those survivors and helping them back to their base, then those survivors probably would’ve been dead.
We also got the chance to see Chad (Donny Lucas) again; we haven’t seen him since Season 03 when Sam (Christopher Heyerdahl) turned Felix into a vampire to have him kill off Mike and the others. Poor Chad has been in a dark place since those days, and we can see it hasn’t been easy on him or Tabby (Cassidy Nugent) especially since all the booby traps he made were for humans so he could collect blood for Tabby since she was turned into a vampire. But thankfully Vanessa was able to bring her back to the land of the living.
But we also see that Violet is having visions about the Van Helsing garden that our poorly departed Lilly Van Helsing was talking about in the last episode. And it’s leading the story to more mysteries that need to be solved. But Doc/Sarah (Rukiya Bernard) does make a true fact that Violet just might be the missing piece for her to figure out everything.
We will have to just keep watching my readers and see what happens next, but it seems like next time we see what becomes of Jolene and Flesh.
