Alright guys and gals we have another great episode and we saw some things that were really major to the possibility of Crisis crossover. So let’s get to this review!
So we saw in today’s episode that Barry/The Flash (Grant Gustin) had to see what happened after Crisis on Infinite Earths event which apparently something or someone was blocking Barry from seeing that. Which lead to Barry needing Jay Garrick’s (John Wesley Shipp) help but both Iris (Candice Patton) and Barry were not expecting to see Jay married to Joan (Michelle Harrison) who is the Earth-3 doppelgänger of Nora Allen Barry’s mother.
So in order for Barry to see any possibilities of the Crisis, he needed to break through the anti-barriers which forced Barry to see infinite possibilities and infinite deaths including his own which almost mirrored the moment from the comics completely accurate. Just seeing how he’s going to be shredded apart no wonder he never returns in the next twenty-five years. But because this happened it forced Barry to be in a lot of pain but it looks like Barry might be accepting his fate.
But in all ways Barry always has people to tell him to never quit including the wise Joe West (Jesse L. Martin) giving Barry a wisdom speech about how to never give up even when things are looking tough and sure enough it does work but at the same time Barry has to think does he want to sacrifice himself saving everyone else or does he want everyone else to die and him to be the only man left on the earth and multiverse.
Meanwhile we met a new meta human on the series Ultraviolet who was able to use ultraviolet rays at her will. It’s literally an interesting power but I can’t find anything on comics for her character but that’s okay at least we had a side mission for Team Flash to figure out and it gave Iris a story to write along with a new intern for her paper.
And of course Rosso/Bloodwork (Sendhil Ramamurthy) took on his first victim of many and chose to play science project with the poor soul. But anyone who knows the character knows there’s a lot of deaths that happens with his little experiment.
On a brighter note I think Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) has found herself a hobby which is collecting art. Even though she kind of trampled on Kamilla’s (Victoria Park) art but after feeling guilty Frost knew she just didn’t know how to express herself looking at art. Let’s hope in the future Frost doesn’t use Caitlin’s credit cards for purchases. Otherwise the poor Caitlin Snow will have credit card debt.
We will be seeing Crisis on Infinite Earths soon people the countdown has begun!
