Alright my readers this episode was an interesting one! We had a tac-ion exorcism, we had a weekly meta and we have our villain’s plan coming closer together. So let’s get to this review!
So in this episode we had a major problem with Nash (Tom Cavanagh) apparently when the collapse of the multiverse happened to have the old multiverse as one earth. All the Harrison Wells merged in one body and that body was Nash. Including with Eobard Thawne cause he has the face of a Wells. Because of this, Thawne wanted to be resurrected by consuming Nash’s body. In order to do this Thawne needed to make Nash feed him all negativity.
In order to stop the process Team Flash needed to do an exorcism. Now when I first saw the title, I was thinking they will bring in Constantine from the Legends show and do a whole possession exorcism but no. Instead Barry (Grant Gustin) and the others wanted to do the exorcism themselves. Which is cool but this would’ve been an opportunity for both Legends and Flash series to do a quick crossover of sorts. But like I said it’s cool, at least Cisco (Carlos Valdes) came up with a plan to help.
But this is not all that happened, we had our weekly villain make an appearance. This time it’s Sunshine (Natalie Sharp) in the series the villain controls light from the sun. However in the comics Sunshine wasn’t a meta, he was a telephone operator. Yes I said he, but when crisis happened, Sunshine stopped existing. So in the new comics Sunshine doesn’t exist and has long been forgotten. But hopefully thanks to this series the character will rise again if she becomes very popular with the fans. After all the fans have more power with DC than they realize. Their voices just need to be heard!
Meanwhile, we see that Kamilla (Victoria Park) has been replaced with a mirrored imposter. Joe (Jesse L. Martin) is noticing Iris (Candice Patton) really is different like how Wally said. But we find out more of Eva/Mirror Master (Efrat Dor) master plan. If her plan goes unchecked then she will be able to regain form in the real world. So just as we thought Eva is wanting to get out of Wonderland/Mirror World and keep real Iris and Kamilla in that world. But will it work? Or will our real Iris and Kamilla see through the facade? Let me know what you guys think in the comments.
Im still thinking Eva won’t come out of the mirror till close to season finale. But we will find out soon!
